These terms summarise how enquiries, quotes, premium vehicle availability and website use are handled by BikeLife Blog through bikelife.blog.
1. No automatic booking
Submitting a form or sending a message does not create a confirmed rental. A booking becomes confirmed only when BikeLife Blog accepts it in writing, the required documents are approved and any required deposit or payment terms are satisfied.
2. Vehicle availability
Vehicle images and category descriptions represent rental classes. Exact models, colours and specifications may vary according to availability, maintenance schedules, location and operational requirements.
3. Driver eligibility
Self-drive rentals require approved identity, valid driving licence, age eligibility, deposit approval and acceptance of rental conditions. International drivers may need additional documentation such as an International Driving Permit.
4. Deposits, excess and payments
Security deposits, insurance excess, mileage limits, late fees, cleaning fees, traffic summons, tolls and other charges depend on the rental class and quote. Guests should review the written quotation and rental agreement carefully.
5. Approved use
Vehicles must be used lawfully and responsibly. Racing, track use, illegal activity, unauthorised sub-rental, off-road driving, border crossing without approval and reckless use are prohibited.
6. Chauffeur service
Chauffeur bookings are based on agreed times, routes, waiting time and service scope. Additional stops, delays or changes may alter the price.
7. Website information
Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Prices shown are indicative and may not include every charge or condition applicable to a specific request.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BikeLife Blog is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information submitted by a guest, failure to provide required documents, travel delays, third-party service interruptions or events beyond reasonable control.
